RETURNS

Rosaries are special and Petros Garden Rosaries wants you to be happy with yours. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item and we will refund your purchase price (shipping fees are not refundable). Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. However, custom orders are non-refundable.

How to Return

Please notify us so that we can expect the return and confirm the return address with you. Carefully pack the item in a bubble mailer to keep from harm. Once we have received the item, we will issue a refund. The item must be undamaged and received in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REPAIRS

Wire wrapping makes these Rosaries extremely durable and should not break, but if an accident should occur, we will be happy to repair it up to 1 year from date of purchase. Please return all available pieces and we will repair the Rosary at no cost, less replacement parts and shipping. Due to availability of beads/parts, etc... we will do our best to match beads and metal accents as able. Only Rosaries purchased from Petros Garden Rosaries will be repaired. Please notify us so that we can expect the item for repair and confirm the return address with you. Carefully pack the item in a bubble mailer to keep from harm.
